Room for rent untilities included - Price: $425 in Martinsburg, Iowa

Hello. I have a room for rent in my townhouse off of Queen Street and Eagle School Road in Martinsburg. Currently I have one other roommate and this room would share a full bathroom with her. It would be $425 per month which would include utilities (electric, water, trash, internet and cable in the living room) if they stay within the normal range. There is also a $250 security deposit due with first months rent. We are both nursing students at Shepherd so we need a clean, responsible and respectful roommate that doesn't party or do drugs, etc. There is also no smoking in the house.
